At ilsnoroa™, we are proud to offer our customers FREE shipping on all orders!
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and ship your order after it is placed.
An order is considered shipped once it has been handed over to our shipping partner and is on its way to your provided address.
During peak times and holidays, processing time may extend up to 7 business days.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the destination country, we ship your order with the following carriers:
Germany: DHL, Hermes, or Austrian Post
Austria: Austrian Post or GLS
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time refers to the time after your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery time may vary depending on location.
Germany & Austria: 5–11 business days
Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons and holidays that are beyond our control. For international shipments, additional unforeseen customs delays may occur.
Order Changes & Correct Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order and to ensure someone is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery. Customers are also responsible for regularly checking tracking information to stay updated on delivery status.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to recipient absence, failure to collect the package after notification, or an incorrect or changed address, we accept no liability and no refund will be issued.
If our system detects address issues, our customer service team will contact you via email within 3 business days of order placement to confirm your details. If no response is received within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order, please email us within 24 hours at support@ilsnoroa.com. We will do our best to correct it. However, changes after this period cannot be guaranteed.
