Cancellation Policy

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we immediately begin processing to ensure fast delivery. Shortly after, a tracking number is generated so that, in case of limited stock, existing orders are prioritized over new ones.

Cancellations are no longer possible once processing has started, and in some cases may incur a fee. However, changes such as updating the address or product color can be made within the first hours after ordering. If you need help, please contact us immediately.

How to Return Your Deepvac Device

Step 1: Pack the Shipment

Ensure the device, accessories, and all additional items (including charger and filters) are securely packed, preferably in the original packaging.
Please also include purchase-related documents (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Step 2: Send the Package

Take the package to your preferred shipping provider.
Make sure it is correctly addressed to avoid delays.

Step 3: Share Tracking Number

Once shipped, send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return.

Please contact us and state the reason for your return before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.


Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will be notified once the refund has been processed.

Damaged Items

We package our products carefully to prevent shipping damage. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged outer packaging (e.g., dented boxes) without product damage does not count as damage.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@ilsnoroa.com and include a clear photo or video of the issue. We will review and determine if you qualify for a free replacement or return. Once approved, you may choose between a replacement or return.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
